Roles and permissions in HappyIO define what each person can see and do inside your workspace and public sites. This helps you control access, keep your community secure, and ensure the right people have the right level of control.

Workspace owner

• Full access to all workspace settings and public sites, manage roles and permissions, moderate content. 

• Can delete the community and transfer ownership to someone else.

Admin

• Full access to all workspace settings and public sites, manage roles and permissions, moderate content. 

• Cannot delete the community.

Member

• Can view public sites with posting rights and participate in allowed spaces. Can edit or delete own posts and comments. 

• Cannot access the workspace.
